Affidavit to Dispense With Bond

Asks the court to waive the bond requirement for the administrator. All distributees must consent.

Every distributee must consent — in writing.

To waive the bond, all heirs need to sign off. If even one heir is missing, unreachable, or objects, the court won't grant the waiver. We can help coordinate this.

When do you need this form?

All heirs agree that the administrator should serve without posting a bond.
